Heritage property

I have recently completed a design for my clients who live in an historical grade II* listed property. The original property dates back to around 1700 and was originally a cruck-framed mud walled barn. Most of the original old cruck pairs still survive as do some sections of original mud walls. The barn and surrounding buildings were converted to properties sometime in the late 1980’s and the building now provides a lovely home with a very unique interior.
The proposals are for an green oak framed conservatory which will compliment the existing dwelling and provide a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the garden with a wine or two. I successfully obtained both planning and listed building consent and now look forward to seeing the development when it is finished. The project was modelled on Autodesk Revit LT.
